Processing Time:

Each order is made just for you — customized by hand, crafted in small batches, and packed with care in our Michigan lab. Because we don’t mass produce or warehouse our formulas, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be blended, bottled, and shipped.

📦 Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order shows up looking like it fought a raccoon and lost, email us at trish@unfilteredaflife.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We’ll make it right — promise.

Missing packages marked as “Delivered” will require a quick check with your local carrier first. We’ll help investigate, but once it’s left our hands, we’re limited by carrier policies.
